Ann Grunder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and event management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Washington State University Spokane since May 2022, Ann has a diverse background that includes roles in the Spokane Club’s banquets department, where hospitality skills were honed, and as a Reservations Specialist for Spokane Transit Authority. Prior experience encompasses significant positions such as Event Coordinator and Area Event Coordinator for People to People Ambassador Programs, and Program Coordinator roles supporting athletic directors. Ann has also held leadership positions at the YMCA and the Girl Scouts Inland Empire Council, where achievements included budget management and event organization. Ann's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, complemented by over a decade of experience in international schools as an Athletic Director, Instructor, and Coach.
