Bonnie Middleton-Sterken is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equity, justice, and program management, currently serving as the Equity and Justice Lead at the Washington State Bar Association since November 2014. Prior roles include Equity and Justice Specialist and Justice Programs Coordinator at the same association, as well as Relationship Manager at Benevon. Experience also encompasses marketing communication and project management roles at Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest and Kittelson & Associates, Inc., respectively. Earlier career positions include Administrative Coordinator at United Cerebral Palsy of Oregon & SW Washington and Development Intern at Portland Children's Museum. Bonnie Middleton-Sterken is currently pursuing a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Seattle University and a BA in English from Willamette University.
