Lisa Lightner is currently the Vice President Human Resources at Washington Regional. Prior to this, Lisa held roles as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at the same company, Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, and Staffing Specialist at Staffmark. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Arkansas Tech University and attended NorthWest Arkansas Community College as well as Rogers High School in Arkansas.
