Mike Wallace has a strong background as an Equipment Manager in various baseball organizations. Mike began their career in 1992 with the Florida Marlins and held the role until 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they worked with the Montreal Expos, and finally, they joined the Washington Nationals in 2005, where they continue to work as an Equipment Manager.

Mike Wallace attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1977 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in PE/Health.
