Terry started their career at California Casualty Management Company in 1984 as a Senior Marketing Analyst, where they played a crucial role in developing the company's service employee productivity measurement system and consolidating branch offices. Terry then moved on to JPMorgan Chase in 1999, where they held multiple positions as Vice President of Association Relations until 2009. Terry also worked at Washington Mutual Card Services and VISA as Vice President of Association Relations and Project Manager respectively. Terry returned to JPMorgan Chase (formerly WaMu, formerly Providian Financial) in 2008 for a brief period. Terry's work experience reflects their expertise in association relations, marketing analysis, and project management.
