Thomas Halloran has a wide range of experience in the transportation and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Acting Director at Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Thomas is responsible for managing capital projects and programs. Previously, Thomas held roles at United States Department of Transportation, Maryland Transit Administration, and Public Citizen, among others. Thomas holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University.
