Anthony Harris has extensive experience in performance analysis and management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Benchmarking at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority since October 2015. In this role, Anthony leads a research team focused on identifying and implementing industry best practices. Previously, Anthony was a Sr. Performance Analyst at WMATA and CACI International Inc., where impactful research and customer insights informed strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Earlier career roles include Supply Chain Coordinator at Genuine Parts Company, where supply chain optimization for NAPA retail stores was a primary focus, and internships at Duke Energy Corporation, which involved liaising with small business owners and enhancing HR processes. Anthony holds a B.S. in Management Science and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
