After graduating from Canon-McMillan High School here in Washington County, Carson went on to Waynesburg University to study Sports Broadcasting/Information. Using the skills he learned in sports media, Carson began his professional career with PONY Baseball and Softball as its first Multimedia Manager here in Washington and oversaw the international organization’s media and marketing endeavors, before coming to W&J. In his free time, Carson enjoys playing tennis, basketball and snow skiing; contributing to his church’s envision/outreach committee and traveling to Sedona, Arizona and Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. He and his fiancée Natalie plan to be married in June 2020.

As a graduate of a small college himself, Carson says the individualized attention students receive from a college like W&J is absolutely vital to learning the skills necessary to compete in today’s job market.
