Kyoo Eom is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the role of Executive Chef across multiple prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Washington Golf and Country Club since July 2022, Kyoo has previously held the same position at 1789 Restaurant Bar Lounge and Dirty Habit DC, among others. Early career experience includes roles as Chef de Cuisine at 2941 Restaurant and as a line cook at cafe boulud and db bistro modern. Kyoo Eom earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis.
