Joyce Walsh-Portillo, Ed.D. MBA, serves as the Washington State Pathways Coach for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges and is also a National Guided Pathways Coach at the National Center for Inquity and Improvement. With extensive experience in academia, Joyce has been a Senior Professor of Business Administration at Broward College since 2003, where responsibilities have included curriculum development and program management. Previous roles at Broward College encompass Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and District Director of Teaching, Learning and Assessment. Joyce earned an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of the Americas.
