Dr. Jerry T. Cooper is an experienced professional in budget and finance consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant for the Department of Homeland Security-FEMA at Washington Business Dynamics since November 2022. In addition to consulting, Dr. Cooper holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and has previously been an Adjunct Professor at Washington Adventist University.
