Collin Harvel is a seasoned policy professional currently serving as Manager, Policy at Washington Analysis since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Policy Analyst at CTFN from February 2022 to June 2023 and serving as Corporate Policy and Regulatory Consultant at FiscalNote between January 2020 and February 2022, where integration with FiscalNote's broader structure occurred. Collin’s background also features positions as an Analyst with both FiscalNote Markets and Sandhill Strategy, the latter of which was acquired by FiscalNote. Additional roles include Keyholder at Billy Reid, Research Analyst at Balkan Insider, Supervisor & Research Assistant at American University’s library, Director of Aquatics at Aidan Village of Choice, Research Intern with US Senator Bob Corker, and Office Manager at Appalachian Healing Arts. Collin holds a BA in International Studies from American University and is currently continuing education at Middlebury College.
