Richard Startup has extensive experience in training and strategic consulting, currently serving as a Performance Trainer at WASCO, Inc. since October 1997, focusing on business plans, training, recruiting, and company strategies. Prior to this, Richard was a Recruiting and Induction Officer in the Tennessee Army National Guard for over 16 years, specializing in recruiting physicians and medical professionals, and achieved the rank of CW4. Richard's early career included roles as a Business Manager at the Metropolitan Nashville Traffic Violations Bureau and a Communications Specialist in the United States Air Force. Academically, Richard holds a Master of Science in Human Resources with an emphasis in Vocational Training from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Tennessee - Nashville.
