Joe Freitas currently serves as Vice President of People & Talent at Wasabi Technologies, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Joe held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of People at OneStudyTeam and Chief People Officer at Allego. Joe's extensive background in human resources includes significant positions at Mimecast, Mercury Systems, and NMS Communications, where responsibilities ranged from developing HR strategies to executive coaching and M&A integration. Joe also founded J. Freitas Consulting, delivering human resources consulting services. Educationally, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
