Brandol Bradshaw, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Brandol started their career as an Intern at International Paper in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Brandol then joined B & Z Services as an HVAC Estimator from 2005 to 2006.
In 2007, Bradshaw joined ColonialWebb Contractors as an Account Executive and worked there until 2012. During their time at ColonialWebb Contractors, they developed strong sales and customer relationship skills.
In 2012, they joined Greenland Enterprises, Inc. as a Project Manager and worked there until 2013. Bradshaw utilized their project management skills at Greenland Enterprises, Inc. in successfully completing various projects.
Since 2013, Bradshaw has been associated with Warwick Mechanical Group. Brandol initially worked as a Design Build Project Manager and later became the Director of Preconstruction and Engineering. In their current role, they support Warwick's partners in Central Virginia & Hampton Roads markets and oversees the technical and professional development of the company's engineers.
Brandol Bradshaw, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. Brandol received this degree between the years 2003 and 2007. In addition to their degree, Bradshaw has acquired various certifications throughout their career. Brandol earned a Professional Engineer License from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in December 2012. Bradshaw also obtained the certification of Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers in May 2012. More recently, in October 2019, they completed the Leadership Institute program offered by FMI.
