David Elkington has extensive experience in customer and digital services, currently serving as the Head of Customer and Digital Services at Warwick District Council since January 2021. Prior to this role, David Elkington worked at Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council for nearly a decade in various capacities, including Head of Customer and Digital Services and ICT Operations & Development Manager. David Elkington's career in local government began at Wolverhampton City Council as a GIS Development Officer. Academically, David Elkington holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Aston University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
