Tom Hagström is an experienced risk management professional, currently serving as Senior Risk Manager for the Marine segment at °Âä°ù³Ù²õ¾±±ôä since April 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing risk management practices and promoting risk awareness within the agreement business. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Nordic Investment Bank from June 2000 to April 2022, including Director and Head of Operational Risk & Security Control, where management of operational risk and information security governance were key responsibilities. Tom's career began at Merita Bank Plc and includes several roles focusing on risk analysis and management. Tom holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Hanken School of Economics.
