Marcin Borzym has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Marcin currently holds the position of Director at Warta's Corporate Products Office, where they oversee operations and strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, they served as the Operations Director and Senior Underwriter in various departments within Warta. Before joining Warta, Marcin worked at Allianz Group as a Senior Underwriter for industrial property risks. Marcin also gained experience at Generali Poland as a Junior Underwriter and Analyst. Additionally, Marcin participated in a trainee program at Comarch. Overall, Marcin has a strong background in underwriting and a proven track record in the insurance sector.

Marcin Borzym completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2006 and 2010. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Econometrics from the University of Warsaw.
