James Figliozzi is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Counsel at Warshaw Burstein, LLP since August 2018, specializing in Title IX and college disciplinary litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to this role, James held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at Connell Foley LLP from October 2011 to August 2018, where responsibilities included litigating various matters and drafting legal motions and briefs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William P. Greene, Jr. at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and working as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. James earned a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, with additional study at University College London.
