Steven Kuhn, MBA, currently serves as a Middle School Basketball Coach and Business Teacher at Warsaw Community Schools, where engagement in athlete development and student education on business principles are priorities. Previously, Steven held the position of Development Director at Cardinal Services, Inc. of Indiana, focusing on relationship building and community education. Prior experience includes a notable role as Director of Aquatics, Safety, and Mission Advancement at Kosciusko Community YMCA, where strategic leadership and programming oversight were key responsibilities. Additionally, Steven served as Sports and Aquatics Director at YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, managing comprehensive program and staff development. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Purdue University Fort Wayne, along with a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
