Lydia Fisher serves as the Technology Manager at Warsaw Community Schools since October 2013, overseeing the district's IT Helpdesk, managing support tickets, and providing elevated support. Prior experience includes roles as IT Support Technician at Warsaw Community High School and Career Center, where Lydia mentored student Co-ops in technology support, and Student Information Systems Manager, responsible for managing data reporting for students and staff. In earlier positions, Lydia supported the Chief Technology Officer as Technology Administrative Assistant, handling purchasing and event coordination. From 2005 to 2015, Lydia worked at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Nutrition Services, advancing to Nutritional Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included food production and communication between patients and clinical staff. Currently, Lydia is pursuing an education at Western Governors University since December 2022.
