Leodis Cloyd has a comprehensive work experience across various industries and roles. Leodis recently worked as a Director - Technical Sales at Warrior Met Coal Inc, starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Logistics & Quality at Robindale Coal Sales from March 2018 to March 2019. From August 2015 to March 2018, Leodis held the position of Head of Quality & Logistics at ArcelorMittal USA.

Before their tenure at ArcelorMittal, Leodis worked at Cleveland-Cliffs Natural Resources as the Manager of Coal Quality / Technical Services from February 2007 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for several projects aimed at increasing yield and maintaining quality at multiple coal complexes, as well as overseeing third-party labs and quality control across operations.

During their career, Leodis also served as a Preparation Engineer at Cliffs Natural Resources from February 2008 to August 2010, and as a Plant Manager at Headwaters, Inc. in 2009.

Leodis gained valuable experience as a Plant Manager and Manager of Operations at DTE Energy Services from June 2001 to January 2008, during which they were involved in various operational and management responsibilities.

Leodis began their professional journey with the United States Steel Corporation, where they worked as an Operations Coordinator from May 1981 to June 2002.

Alongside their professional roles, Leodis also worked as a Representative at 5linx from 2005 to 2007.

Leodis Cloyd has a diverse education history. In 2020 to 2022, they attended Highlands College and earned a Certificate of Ministry Leadership. Before that, between 1976 and 1981, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Processing Engineering from West Virginia University. Leodis also attended Gary High from 1974 to 1976 for their College Preparatory studies. Additionally, they pursued Cokemaking Coarse at McMaster University, although the specific years of this program are unknown. Lastly, they completed the Six Sigma Black Belt Training at Motorola University, but no specific years were provided for this achievement.
