Donald Caldwell II has extensive experience in the coal industry, currently serving as Assistant Shift Foreman at Warrior Met Coal Inc since September 2008, while also holding the position of Supervisor at Walter Energy during the same period. Prior to these roles, Donald Caldwell II worked as an Overhead Crane and Forklift Operator at AMICO — A Gibraltar Company from May 2006 to September 2008, and as a Delivery Driver and Forklift Operator at Hinkle Metals from June 2004 to May 2006. Donald Caldwell II holds a degree in Building Construction Technology, having studied at Bessemer State Technical College, Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, and the UAB Collat School of Business between 2000 and 2016.
