Robert Barr is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems and social applications. Currently serving as an Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of Liverpool and Honorary Alderman for Warrington Borough Council, Robert Barr leads the Liberal Democrat group and focuses on planning, regeneration, housing, and property services. In addition, Robert Barr is the Chairman of Manchester Geomatics Limited, a company specializing in urban geographic information systems, and has held notable roles including Senior Lecturer in GIS at the University of Liverpool and Independent Board member at Helena Partnerships.
