Rick Krout started their professional career in 1998 as the President and Founder of GoldStreet Communications, a marketing and promotions firm. Rick successfully expanded the company to multiple offices in Dallas, Oklahoma City, and London. In 2003, they joined United American Insurance as a Regional Field Director. Rick rapidly rose through the ranks, starting as a field agent and eventually becoming a Unit Manager. After just 11 months, they established their own branch, which grew to become a top 10 branch with over 80 agents and unit managers. In addition to numerous awards and honors, including the Presidents Council and Leadership Development Board, Rick also served as a Regional Director overseeing 14 branches in 5 states. In 2012, Rick joined Warner Pacific Insurance Services as a Sales Executive, focusing on Ancillary and Worksite Benefits. Throughout their career, Rick has consistently demonstrated their dedication to helping businesses grow and achieve success.
