Nancy Putman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nancy started their career as a Business Analyst at US Data Management in 2001, where they managed the execution of large project initiatives and developed validation and software development processes. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Computer Validation Analyst, conducting research and gap analysis to align practices with industry standards.

In 2006, Nancy joined Amgen as a Business Analyst, responsible for process improvement, IT audits, and updates to standards and procedures. Nancy actively participated in various projects, including product launches, infrastructure rebuilds, and system development and migrations. Nancy also coordinated project activities, collaborated with stakeholders for requirements gathering and testing, and ensured quality assurance compliance. Nancy provided oversight for test execution, defect resolution, and validation deliverables.

Nancy moved to Warner Pacific Insurance Services in 2015, where they initially worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Nancy supported needs analysis, wrote software requirements, and coordinated implementation with developers and quality assurance partners. Nancy also became a Scrum Certified Lead Business Systems Analyst for cutting-edge technologies. In 2018, Nancy transitioned into the role of Scrum Master and IT Project Manager. Nancy implemented Scrum methodology for the company's teams, managed project budgets, and executed infrastructure and software development projects.

Nancy Putman has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of La Verne. Nancy also holds an Associate's Degree in Information Systems from Ventura College. In addition, Nancy has obtained the certification of Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2019. Furthermore, they have the International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) certification, which was obtained in 2013.
