Juliette E. Collins

Juliette Collins focuses her practice in litigation, trademarks, general corporate, labor and employment and trusts and estates matters. Within litigation, she conducts in-depth research to aid all stages of the litigation process, providing lead counsel with supporting case law and court filings for briefs, memos and arguments. She assists with entity summaries for corporate and trust and estate clients and drafts entity formation documents for a variety of startups and other businesses. Her additional experience includes drafting trademark agreements and providing input on higher educational student policies.

Her flexibility and resourcefulness is highly regarded among colleagues and peers – being a go-to associate who can easily and willingly “figure it out.” This is a skillset she refined while working at the Veterans Legal Clinic at the University of Michigan. She took cases on as her own and conducted thorough due diligence to effectively communicate and represent veterans in a variety of complex cases.

Juliette is a natural-born communicator and puts people at ease with her interpersonal abilities – a skill that comes in handy in high-stress legal situations. She’s fearless, hardworking and is a great team player. She’s also comfortable asking difficult questions and explores creative solutions to problems.

Juliette obtained her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and philosophy, summa cum laude, from Hope College. She was a Presidential Scholarship and Distinguished Artist Award Scholarship recipient, and was awarded the Charles E. Lake Prize in philosophy in both 2017 and 2018. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.
