Leho Nigul serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Warner Music Group, leading engineering organizations focused on Music Tech, including Music Distribution, Global Licensing, Works & Deals, and Royalty Management. Previously, Leho held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Instacart, overseeing a team of over 350 engineers and managing multiple sectors such as Non-Core Grocery Verticals and Instacart Connect. Prior to that, Leho served as Vice President of Engineering, Product Support, and Operations at Elastic Path Software, responsible for R&D and product support across various locations. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at IBM, focusing on eCommerce and Digital Experience SaaS development and integration, as well as a software development position at Nuance Communications. Leho Nigul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
