Colleen Carter is an experienced business operations leader currently serving as the Business Operations Lead and Chief of Staff for the WBD Streaming, Content and Advertising Platform at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022. Prior to this role, Colleen held senior program management positions at WarnerMedia, where responsibilities included overseeing complex programs within the Digital Advertising ecosystem and providing updates to executive leadership. Experience also includes project management roles at Turner Broadcasting, focusing on delivering projects on time and within budget using agile methodologies. Previous positions include customer experience management at Imedex, operations management at Lighthouse Family Retreat, accounting management at McDougall Realty, and treasury analysis at Cyrk. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Plymouth State University.
