Lisa Howdyshell has extensive experience in law enforcement analysis and municipal management. Currently serving as Assistant Township Manager for Warminster Township since March 2022, Howdyshell previously held the position of Special Assistant to the Municipal Administrator at the Municipality of Norristown. Prior roles include Crime Analyst for New Castle County Government, where responsibilities involved researching criminal activity and trends, and Research & Information Analyst for the Philadelphia Police Department, contributing to threat assessments and statistical analyses. Howdyshell began a career in juvenile probation with Chester County, transitioning through various roles focused on case management and rehabilitative support for youth. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from West Chester University.
