Dustyn Ritchey is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Project Manager at Warfel Construction Company since April 2019. Prior experience includes project management roles at Nutec Group from May 2015 to April 2019 and a civil site internship at LSC Design in the summer of 2014. Dustyn began a career in the construction industry as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Kinsley Construction, Inc. from September 2009 to August 2013. Dustyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from York College of Pennsylvania, completed in 2015, and graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2009.
