David Houtz is currently serving as an MEP Coordinator at Warfel Construction Company since September 2023. Prior to this role, David worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Eastern Controls, Inc., focusing on various process-centered industries, and at Kunz-Powell and Associates, specializing in Electrical and HVAC materials. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager for Lighting at MVE Group, where David provided energy-saving solutions, and as an Electrician Apprentice, gaining practical skills in reading prints and task execution. David's career began as an Assistant Manager at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, ensuring quality service for guests. David holds a Certificate in Electrical Technician from York Technical Institute and has pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
