Hardik Arora is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at WareIQ since December 2021. Previously, Hardik held the position of Assistant Manager of Sales at DTDC Express Limited, where responsibilities included managing cross-selling and client retention initiatives. Prior experience also includes serving as a Specialist in Business Development at Holisol Logistics, overseeing after-sales and fulfillment services for both global and domestic clients. Early career experiences consist of internships at JTEKT India Ltd., focusing on plant layout optimization and quality improvement, and UM Auto Comp Pvt. Ltd., where exposure to various manufacturing processes was gained. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering from UPES, completed in 2020.
