Nikki Clinton is an experienced professional in internal communications and corporate engagement, currently serving as the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager at Ware Malcomb since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nikki held various positions over 16 years at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, focusing on internal communications, employee experience, and social media management. As a founder of the passion project "Not Made in China," Nikki gained media recognition for innovative products. Nikki's early career included service as a 2004 Corps Member with Teach For America, teaching English and writing in a low-income public school. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from the University of California, Davis, and a certification in Beginning Italian from Università per Stranieri di Siena.
