Jim Lukens is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Civil Engineering Manager at Ware Malcomb since July 2023, Jim leads the civil engineering division in Nashville while supporting the Southeast Region. As a REALTOR at SilverPointe Properties since 2010, Jim specializes in residential and commercial land sales in Middle Tennessee, focusing on Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin. From 2003 to 2023, Jim owned and operated Lukens Engineering Consultants, providing land development consulting services. Prior roles include Civil Engineering Manager at Hart Freeland Roberts, Inc. and Project Engineer at Rust Environment and Infrastructure. Jim holds an MBA from Belmont University and a BCE in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
