Patricia Smith is a seasoned professional in real estate and evaluation, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Wardley Real Estate since October 2020. Alongside this role, Patricia has been with Global Intelligence as an Evaluator since October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development from January 2008 to June 2022, and previously holding the position of Retired CEO and Real Estate Appraiser at E.P.A.S. from August 1980 to January 2012. Patricia obtained an Associate of General Studies (AGS) degree from the College of Southern Nevada between 2017 and 2020.
