Zach Johnson has a diverse professional background with a focus on customer success and claims adjusting. Currently serving as a Customer Success Tech at Trend Micro since August 2022, Zach is responsible for planning and facilitating training programs for users and maintaining customer satisfaction surveys. In addition, Zach has held the position of Claims Adjuster at Wardlaw Claims Service, LLC since August 2021 and previously at ONE CALL CLAIMS LLC from August 2019 to August 2021. Early career experience includes a role as Front Desk Staff at Southern Nazarene University from August 2018 to August 2019. Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's degree in Sports Management from Southern Nazarene University, completed between 2018 and 2020.
