Rachael Bannister is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Key Account Director and Strategic Account Manager for Data Centres at Ward Security since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Head of Security at 1st Choice Facilities Services Ltd from June 2018 to April 2022. Rachael's extensive tenure at Ward Security from February 2007 to June 2018 included positions as Associate Director, Operations Manager, Compliance Manager, and Security Officer. Rachael began a career in the British Army, serving as a Corporal from May 1995 to November 2005. Rachael's foundational education includes obtaining GCSEs from Redbridge Community School between 1989 and 1993.
