Diane Klein is currently the Director at Ward Circle Strategies. Previously, Diane was an Experience Design Lead for the Care Anyplace and Facility Care teams at Mayo Clinic. Diane has also served as a Service Designer III and Senior Project Manager at Mayo Clinic's Center for Innovation. Prior to that, Diane held various roles at Hipbone Design, Fashion Institute of Technology, ESI Design, and Acadia Scenic. Klein holds a BA in Theater Design from Hamilton College and Kirkland College, as well as a Certificate in Creative Writing from NYU School of Professional Studies.
