Jena Rand is an experienced retail operations leader with a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and driving sales growth across multiple prestigious brands. Previous experience includes a Senior Director position at Ralph Lauren, Director of Store Operations at MAC Cosmetics, and roles at J.Crew, Coach, and L’Occitane. Jena began a career in retail management as an Assistant Store Manager at Coach Inc. Jena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Seton Hall University.
