Willa Victoria has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Willa is currently working as a Senior Accountant at Warburg Pincus LLC since February 2022. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager Finance at Bank of Finland from July 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at Banca Generali, starting as an Internal Auditor from September 2008 to July 2012, and then as a Tax Commissioner from July 2012 to April 2017. Willa began their career at UniCredit Wealth Management e Private Banking as an Accounting Assistant from July 2002 to July 2003, and then as a Financial Planning Analyst from July 2003 to February 2008.

Willa Victoria attended Università degli Studi di Milano from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
