Sherif Elbagoury has extensive experience in the banking sector, notably at Warba Bank since October 2011, where Sherif serves as Director of the Cards Department within the Retail Banking Group. Elbagoury played a key role in establishing the Banking Cards Department and is responsible for setting up policies, procedures, and application systems. Prior to this, Elbagoury worked at Kuwait Finance House from October 2005 to October 2011 as a Customer Service & Collection Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising customer inquiries and training staff on credit card procedures. Elbagoury began their career as an Accountant at Diwan Interiors International, focusing on accounting transactions and analysis. Elbagoury holds a B.Sc. in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting from Ain Shams University, graduating during the 2000-2001 academic year.
