Flore Ozanne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search, coaching, and organizational development. Since founding ECLORE in January 2014, Ozanne has focused on enhancing leadership capabilities through executive recruitment, coaching, supervision, and assessment. In addition to current roles at Paris-Dauphine and Turningpoint Leadership, which involve teaching and coaching executives, respectively, Ozanne has contributed strategically to Waoup and served on the board of Le Parvis d'Avignon. Previous leadership positions include Directrice Associée at VISCONTI and owning Ozanne Conseil, a recruitment firm for senior executives. Educational qualifications include certifications in systemic coaching and management, with a comprehensive background from emlyon business school and the Institut de Coaching International.
