Kiefer Zenko is a Senior Development Associate at Wangard Partners since December 2019, previously holding the position of Project Analyst. Prior to this role, Kiefer worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Valbridge Property Advisors from December 2014 to November 2019, gaining extensive experience in various real estate sectors such as land, office, retail, and industrial properties. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where responsibilities involved commercial real estate research and course support, and as a Parts Room Assistant at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. Kiefer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in 2014, and graduated high school from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in 2010.
