Chris Steinhafel is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and project consulting. Currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant at Terra Waterfall since January 2024 and as a Project Consultant and Senior Financial Analyst at Wangard Partners since November 2021, Chris has successfully identified investment opportunities through comprehensive market research and rigorous due diligence practices. Previous roles include underwriting at Guaranteed Rate and senior analyst positions at WiRED Properties and the City of Minneapolis, where Chris managed property valuations totaling over $1.6 billion. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from DePaul University.
