Michael W. has extensive human resources experience, currently serving as the Senior Assistant to the President and Head of the Human Resources Center at 万达集团 since September 2016. Previously, Michael was the Head of HR for China and North East Asia at Visa from July 2013 to September 2016, and held the position of Head of HR for China at American Express from August 2006 to June 2013. Michael's early career included roles as HR Director at Danone from August 2004 to July 2006, Senior HR Manager at 沃尔玛 in 2003-2004, and Senior HR Manager at Danone from July 1996 to December 2003. Michael earned an EMBA from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2004 and 2006.
