John Waters has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as a Senior Superintendent at Waltz since August 2018, and as Director of Construction at Zzone Construction since February 2018. Additionally, John has held the position of Project Manager at Concept Commercial Construction since August 2016 and previously worked as a Construction Manager and Facilities Manager for Children's Learning Adventure from June 2007 to May 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Superintendent at IBC Southwest from June 2005 to June 2007 and at DR Horton between 2004 and 2005. John holds an Associate Degree in Automotive/Diesel Mechanics from Universal Technical Institute (2002-2004) and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
