Jay Green has a diverse work experience. Jay started their career as a General Manager/Lead Instructor at Big League Dugout in July 2011, where they worked until August 2012. From July 2012 to February 2013, Jay served as an Athletic Director at BASIS.ed. Following this, they joined Penington Painting Company in February 2013 as a Project Estimator/Project Manager, and stayed there until September 2014. Finally, in March 2015, Jay became the Managing Director at Waltz and has been serving in this role since then.

Jay Green has a strong educational background in communication. Jay obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Grand Canyon University between the years 2008 and 2010. Before that, Jay studied Communication, General at The University of New Mexico from 2007 to 2008. Jay also earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication, General from Glendale Community College from 2005 to 2007. Jay's academic journey began at Horizon High School, where they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from 2001 to 2005.
