Lauren Hitchman has a robust background in administrative support and coordination, currently serving as a Search Coordinator at Raines International since December 2021. Previously, Lauren worked as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company from April 2013 to December 2021, and prior to that held the position of Legal Administrative Assistant at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from March 2005 to April 2013. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Minor in Business Studies from Providence College and a Master of Arts in Spanish, specializing in Latin American Studies, from American University.
