Paul Arrighi, Jr., M.Ed., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who joined WCI in September of 2015. Paul leads WCI’s Clinical Team as the Director of Clinical Supports. He is responsible for the oversight of two Behavior Analysts and all Behavior Treatment Plans implemented throughout the agency. Paul received his BA in Psychology from Stonehill College and his Masters in Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Since joining WCI, Paul has developed a passion for supporting the agency’s Deaf population. He’s taken courses at Deaf Inc., located in Brighton, MA, with the long-term goal of becoming fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Paul has nearly 15 years of experience providing ABA services for adults with Acquired Brain Injury, Autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and dually-diagnosed Individuals with a co-occurring psychiatric diagnoses across in-home, day, residential, vocational, and employment settings.
